Inquiries and contact information
When you contact the studio, we collect the name, email address, organization (if supplied), inquiry topic, selected artwork, and message you enter. We also save the submission time, page path, and limited campaign information when present. We use these details to respond, maintain a record of the conversation, and manage the request.
Inquiries and contact records are stored in a database accessible through the owner’s private studio dashboard. A notification containing your submitted information is sent to the studio’s internal email address. Please avoid including payment card details or other sensitive personal information in your message.
Studio notes
Subscribing to studio notes is a separate choice. We save the email address, any name provided, your consent status, the consent wording version, and relevant timestamps. We send a confirmation link before marking a subscription as confirmed. Sending an inquiry does not subscribe you to marketing emails.
You can withdraw consent through an unsubscribe link in future studio notes or by emailing the studio. Confirmation links expire after 48 hours. Newsletter and unsubscribe pages use confirmation buttons so automated email link previews do not change your subscription.
Service providers
The site uses OpenAI Sites for hosting and owner access, Cloudflare infrastructure and D1 for website services and data storage, and Resend for transactional email delivery. These providers process information needed to deliver those services. Information may be processed in countries other than your own.
Site operation and security
The site uses necessary services for hosting, owner authentication, and protection against abuse. Submission limits use a temporary, salted hash of an IP address where one is supplied by the hosting service, together with a hashed email-based limit. Rate-limit records expire and are removed during routine processing. Raw IP addresses are not added to studio inquiries or notification emails.
This version of the site does not use advertising cookies or third-party behavioral analytics. External sites linked here have their own policies. Authentication and hosting providers may maintain technical logs as part of their services.
Access and retention
Studio contact and inquiry records are retained while needed for correspondence, relationships, and studio administration. You may request access, a correction, an export, or deletion by contacting the studio. Newsletter consent records are retained to respect subscription choices. We review requests in the context of applicable obligations and any records we need to preserve.
Artworks and images
Artwork images and writing are presented for viewing and reference. Copyright and other rights remain with their respective owners. Contact the studio before reproducing or commercially using artwork, photography, or text from this site.
